Having withdrawl symptoms from Streetfest 2012 already? Well fear not! This Jubilee weekend is the launch of the Rivington Street Festival!
Set in the heart of Shoreditch, the festival will be curated to showcase the creative ‘DNA’ of the area. Rivington Streets hub of bars, clubs, cafes, niche fashion boutiques and galleries will be opening their doors and offering a day long series of music programming and art exhibitions. The Festival will consist of an open air, real-time art exhibition; two outside stages providing an eclectic backdrop of live music, DJ’s and spoken word; a market area of local designers and twelve venues, each housing individual music and art focused scheduling; Rivington Street festival will have a ‘real’ street party and multi-attraction atmosphere.
